Foundations of Professional Coaching

Includes 3 hours of pre-retreat work, a 4-day retreat, and 2 one-hour follow up online meetings. This course of study can be taken as a stand-alone program appropriate for business and non-profit leaders, supervisors, aspiring coaches, directors, community leaders, educators, family members, or even experienced coaches.

Introductions to coaching contexts

This second course of study is designed for those who want to learn to apply Professional coaching basics within their current setting. Includes 3 hours of pre-retreat work, a 4-day retreat, and 2 one-hour follow up online meetings. Can be taken after you have successfully completed Certification A.

Potentials Basic Coaching Certification

Our Potentials Basic Coaching Certification is awarded to students who complete Certification A and B. It is designed for those who want to continue their work with the Potentials Integrated Professional Coaching Certification and/or the Potentials International Coaching (ICF) PCC Certification.

Mentor Coaching

This mentorship is essential to help you integrate a coaching mindset and skills into your innate presence as a coach. Further, it prepares you for both IFC and Potentials Certification. This 10 hours of online coaching includes 7 hours of group/cohort coaching with colleague and faculty feedback, as well as faculty review and feedback.

Designed for those who are establishing their own professional coaching practice, wish to train to join a coaching faculty, or wish to establish their own Level II Professional Coach training program.
